_{sometimes i let my emotions get the better of me. never again, if i can help it. when i get lonely i just need to deal with it, not wallow in self pity. loneliness is my worst enemy but it's slowly becoming my friend, it visits me so often.

i should be happy. i know i should. i have a niece coming soon and i have a roof over my head, food to eat etc. (but then again that's a fucking horrible struggle. no money never.) but depression is an evil thing. it eats you up and hurts you and your family. i need help but i'm too ashamed to ask for it.
